Defrost whole chicken in refrigerator.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Season entire chicken. We like salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Place butter under skin on both breasts.
Cook breast side down for 35 min flip and cook additional 10 min or until 165 degrees internal.
Heat large skillet over medium heat adding butter to pan.
Add 1 pound of hot or mild breakfast sausage.
After sausage is nearly cooked through, add 6 eggs. Break yolks and cook with sausage.
Add 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 can of cream of celery, 1 packet of dry onion soup, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and 1 cup of uncooked rice to 9x13 dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Salt and pepper pork chops and add on top of rice.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 min
